Car window stickers can be screen printed or digitally printed full colour process.  

They are reverse printed onto clear vinyl using CYMK process inks, then backed up with a white flood.  The design appears on the sticky side to stick on the inside of car rear windows (viewed from the outside).  

We also reverse print onto clear cling vinyl.  Or for car permit cling stickers we can face print onto white static cling vinyl (also small print runs of car rear window stickers or shop window stickers may be more cost effective printed face up on white cling vinyl).
