The solgar stickers were printed onto hi-tak permanent self-adhesive vinyl and kiss cut using zund technology. As we print in house we can offer quick turnarounds to meet your deadlines.  Each day our print schedule is re-assessed to ensure that when we’re running ahead of schedule, any gaps are instantly filled with prioritised jobs. 

So you’ll often find that not only do we meet your deadline, if we know your stickers are needed urgently, we’ll prioritise them to fit into any earlier slots that become available.

We regularly continue print runs through the evenings and weekends to ensure we never fall behind schedule.   You can't ask for more than that!

These circle cut waterproof stickers were screen printed onto clear self-adhesive vinyl.  Firstly a spot white, followed by spot yellow directly over the white so only the yellow print is visible once the stickers are complete (the white can only be seen on the sticky side which you can see on the photo we have taken of these waterproof stickers).  Printing spot white under another colour onto clear vinyl ensures a very opaque finish. 

If we printed the spot yellow without white under, it would be slightly translucent when held up to the light.  Screen printing inks are thicker than litho, flexo or digital inks, so some colours would not necessarily need white printed under - we are always happy to advise. 

Both our screen print and digital print inks are solvent based, which makes them ideal of outdoor all weather use.  We will always price up the most cost effective option for you at quote stage, or quote both print methods for you to compare the pricing.

We print parking permit stickers onto Static Cling Vinyl, also known as Self Cling Vinyl.  This is the non-sticky based option which allows your sticker to cling to the inside of the windscreen, to be viewed from the outside through the glass.

If you are wanting to write onto your permit stickers then we recommend the white static cling digital printed option.  This option is supplied design "face upwards" on the backing sheet, making it convenient to write details onto, such as registration number, name or expiry date.  Also great if you want your stickers bespoke cut to shape.

Don't have your own design?  We are happy to prepare a permit layout for you at no extra charge.  We just need to know your preferred colours, text required and any logo or image you require on the design.

Yes we can supply printed stickers on rolls with mixed designs.  The various designs can be supplied on either separate rolls per design, or like this photo your designs can be rotated on the same roll.

This example had 34 different designs, printed full colour with gloss varnish for a really professional finish.

We can supply stickers on rolls with either a matt or gloss varnish, and a laminate option is also available where your stickers may be exposed to wet conditions. 

The most popular shape by far for stickers on rolls is circle cut, and there is a wide range of existing circle stock cutters available. For an additional charge a circle cutter to your exact diameter can be manufactured.  We also have available a range of radius corner cutters and oval cutters.

These waterproof heavy duty bin stickers were recently screen printed for Wheelie Fresh, a bin cleaning company.  Bright and bold, and very durable, printed 2 colours (black and yellow) onto permanent self-adhesive vinyl, and guillotined down as singles.

Space has been left on the design for house numbers to be written onto the stickers.  We recommend using a UV stable permanent pen or marker pen, which can be brought from any good stationers.
