How to order your stickers


As everything we manufacture is unique to you, please request a quotation by either completing our online quote request form or email us sales@harris-screenprint.co.uk

We will email you a quotation for your stickers, with no hidden costs.

 

New Clients

Place Your Order

  • Reply to the email quotation you have received from us, with your delivery and invoice address details. 
  • If you are supplying artwork or any logo files, please attach these to your email.  See our Artwork Guide if you would like further information on how best to supply the files.

Check and Approve Your Order Confirmation and Artwork

  • We will email back an order confirmation, artwork proof and invoice for payment prior to print.

Pay for your Order

  • We email you a VAT Invoice.  Payment is via BACS or online via Paypal merchant, which also accepts online debit and credit cards.
  • If you are Local Authority or NHS we can set up an automatic 30 day account on receipt of an official purchase order.

Sit back whilst we Print and despatch your Order

  • Once you approve our artwork proof and payment is received, we will schedule to print.
  • Please advise if your order is time sensitive at the point of quote and order so we can prioritise your print.
  • We will notify you on the day of despatch that your order is on its way to you.  Our orders are despatched with tracking.

 

Repeat Clients

We hold your previous orders and artworks on file, so it's easy to request a repeat order.

  • Where all details remain the same for a repeat order, we'll email over repeat confirmation and invoice for payment. 
  • We will let you know in advance if the price has changed since your last order.
  • For repeat orders with different artwork, quantities or size, please email to request a new quotation.
  • For clients placing regular orders, we can open a 30 day account, on completion of our credit application form and credit check clearance.

 


All clients will receive by email an Order Confirmation, Artwork Proof for approval and VAT Invoice.

Deliveries

What are your Leadtimes?

  • Our leadtimes are generally a maximum of 2 weeks from proof approval.
  • Quicker leadtimes are often available at no extra charge if workflow allows, and your order is time sensitive.
  • Technical orders with multiple levels of production maybe longer than 2 weeks ... we will always advise at quote stage if this is the case.

What Courier do you use?

  • We use a range of couriers, all next day with tracking.
  • Our main courier is APC and for small parcels or hard to find addresses we use Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.
  • You have the option to select leave with neighbour or safeplace if you will not be in.
  • Courier deliveries are Monday to Saturday.
  • Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box Numbers.

What about Pallet Deliveries?

  • Pallets will be delivered between 1-2 days, depending on your location.
  • You will need to sign for pallet delivery, and have facilities to accept pallets.

Can I Collect my Stickers in Person?

  • You are welcome to collect your order from us in Wimborne Dorset if preferred.
  • We will email or call you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
